Returns Policy

Any return requests must be logged within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return or exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Where applicable goods must have no signs of wear or use
• Goods must be in original packaging and in a resalable condition

To initiate a return or exchange please complete the following steps:

Additional Information:

Once a return has been agreed and it has been received at BLCCS the goods will be inspected and a credit/refund will be processed within two weeks.

Restocking and collection fees may apply and will be agreed by BLCCS and the customer before the return is initiated.
